To My Clients & Community: A Note about Listings


As always, all of my properties are marketed via,,, social media, online marketing and if relevant, online rental sites. For the moment I can continue with my print marketing with mailings and customized brochures. As you know, I always take the time to properly vet direct buyers and communicate with my colleagues to ensure that the property being visited accurately corresponds to the needs of the potential buyer. In addition, I will be offering the following:

  • Matterport 3D video experiences (virtual click-through tours of a property)
  • Virtual visits at a distance using online platforms and video conferencing
  • As always, realistic professional photos of the property
Property Showings

Prior to property showings, I will provide a declaration form to be signed by both parties. Contact me at any time if you would like to view the form. If both parties complete the form and are comfortable, here is how I will proceed with the visit:

  • The showing will be limited to 1 visiting group at a time (max 3 visitors in a group)
  • I will encourage clients if they can, to leave their children and/or elderly parents at home. If they must be present, I will allow alternating time in the property
  • I will ask you to fully disinfect the property between each showing
  • I will request a pre-approval letter for all visitors and confirm their deadline for notary occupancy

As always we will offer e-signatures, video conferencing and telephone calls instead of face-to-face presentations or meetings. I have been in touch with several of my notaries who have offered to do separate signings between buyer and seller. I have offered to pay the additional cost of doing the separate closings if need be.

What I ask of you

In order to keep the public safe and abide by government recommendations: 

  • Let me know immediately if anyone in your home has or has been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
  • Let me know immediately if anyone in your home has or has been in direct contact with someone who has shown known symptoms of COVID-19
  • I would ask you to avoid being home for all visits even if it means going for a walk or sitting in your car
  • I would ask you to provide disinfectant products for the visitors such as hand sanitizer or wipes
  • I would ask you to ensure the property is disinfected prior to the showing
  • I would ask you to open interior doors and turn on all lights before our arrival
